Each of these is comprised of plant fragrances with a long history of aiding meditation, quieting the mind, and calming the nervous system.

I typically only burn half of an incense stick on my nightstand when I lay down to pray and sleep. A little goes a long way and the aroma is often pleasantly lingering the next morning.

I recommend using the melts in a warmer that does not require a tealight, allowing you to drift to sleep without an active flame.
