I handcraft every item from my home in Georgia.  I also store and attune some items in my hometown of New Orleans, La.  I have always desired to live a simple and magical life, to make the items I use and work with, and this method allows me access to this.  This also allows me to select quality ingredients and be very intentional about the energy the items are created within.  

where are your products made?

Sovereign Soul Medicine is a small, intentional brand with a staff of one human being who lovingly conceives of, prays with, hand crafts, sells, markets, inventories, stocks, labels, boxes, receives, celebrates, and packs every item you order. These items are made by hand in small batches and are mostly made to order in sacred ritual and blessing. Maintaining the integrity of the nature of this work is paramount, and as such I ask that you please allow 5-10 business days for your order to be shipped. Pre-order shipping timelines will vary.

Please note that pickups from all carriers are done once to twice per week, usually at the end of the week. As a solopreneur, this is what I have found allows optimum balance between creation and operations within my business model. Sovereign Soul Medicine will ship within the USA and internationally. If you are not located within the USA and are having difficulty placing an order online, please contact hello@sovereignsoulmedicine.com to have us address this issue personally. 


Please note that Sovereign Soul Medicine is not responsible for duty, tariffs, taxes and other fees incurred for orders shipped to destinations outside of the USA.

Upon checkout, you are able to select your delivery carrier between available options that typically include USPS, UPS, and DHL. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with available tracking information. If you select USPS as your delivery carrier at checkout, you may wish to sign up for their Informed Delivery service which is a free and optional notification feature that gives residential consumers the ability to digitally preview their letter-sized mail and manage their packages scheduled to arrive soon. 

 

Domestic USA Orders
Orders over $125 qualify for free, standard USPS shipping

Standard shipping time is estimated at 3-6 business days

Express Next Day and 2 day shipping may be offered via UPS (no P.O. boxes) and the cost is calculated at checkout.

Timeframes do not include our processing time and all timeframes are based on business days. We do our best to make sure your package arrives in a timely manner however we are not responsible for delays.

 

International Orders
We offer worldwide delivery, and shipping costs are calculated based on your location at checkout

Current estimated shipping time for international orders is 2-4 weeks via USPS First Class International

All orders shipped with USPS First Class are handed off to the local postal service in the receiving country. If you have an issue with delivery, please first contact your local postal service and if they are not able to assist you - don’t hesitate to email our care team!

We offer Expedited worldwide shipping via UPS, and recommend this option if you are in a rush to receive your order, or simply desire more control over delivery. Note: UPS is not able to guarantee international delivery timeframes, though most International UPS orders will arrive in 2-5 working days.

**Duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. 

If a package is “refused” or “unclaimed” at customs, we are only able to re-ship or refund your order once we have safely received the package back. Couriers do sometimes charge return fees, and any refund offered will be minus these fees which can amount to 25% of the total.

To maintain the integrity of the nature of this work,  our items are made by hand and mostly made to order in sacred ritual and blessing.  To ensure quality and potency, please allow at least 5-7 business days for your order to be shipped.  

Candles that are pre-ordered to be attuned during a specific upcoming / pending lunar phase or in prayer vigil will be created and shipped accordingly.  Please note prayer vigils are typically held weekly and candles shipped thereafter.
