This blend was originally the result of my wanting to create an intentional gift for my dear friend who was grieving the loss of her sister. Little did I know this would become my constant companion for over a year. Literally, this tea and flower blend would even go with me when I would travel. Our time together would teach me new things about how to be present in my life and my heart. I would learn that I could accept myself and my current circumstances with gratitude and nonjudgment, embracing each day as an opportunity to meet myself the way my soul sees me. I don't know what this tea blend will bring for you individually, but I know it will be expansive and healing.
